Ingredients for a rather fancy sounding meal (although I find the presence of "onions" at the bottom of the list deflates this a bit!) but on a post-it note claiming to be sponsored by the Welsh Assembly. Is this a secret conspiracy to overthrow English rule through the medium of asparagus?

Well, here's an interesting one.
