Similar to Scarily Organised, this shopper has a standard computer file on which unneeded items are crossed out prior to commencing the trip. I worry, however, that they class a pre-prepared beef lasagne as "Finest Meals". Despite this set-back they also have some excellent items listed: "Wine (and lots of it!)" and "Beers (including the occasional Russian one)". I like that. Maybe they're not as cretinous as "Finest Meals" would suggest.
