146 - Cotton Cream
I have no idea what "cotton cream" is. It sounds like either something to avoid nappy rash, or condensed milk. I'm tempted to go with the former guess, however, as the list features other baby paraphenalia: "2 bottles", "nappies No 2" and "dummy".

I think that the 'cream cotton' from list 146 is meant to be the kind of cotton that you sew with in the colour 'cream'. This site is so cool, I feel like a new age train spotter.
